FJK at KUNO Cultural Centre

On August 23rd, Kuno Cultural Centre welcomes one of Sweden's most beloved folk-trio, FJK. FJK, consisting of Anders Forsslund, Christer Jonasson Tolv and Mats Klingström, was formed in Vasastaden, Stockholm as early as 1981 and quickly gained attention for renewing Sweden's folk music tradition.
With their own songs, powerful texts, and a distinctive style, they toured extensively around the country and became well-known through radio and TV appearances in the 1980s and 1990s. Since their debut single in 1982, they have released numerous albums and toured extensively. To this day, they continue to perform with the same joy and musicality that has always characterized FJK.
Expect a concert filled with swings, warmth, and reflection – featuring beautiful harmonies, skilled musicianship, and songs that touch the heart. This will be a concert where both old memories and new experiences can coexist. FJK last visited Gotland during a bygdegårdstour in 2022, and now they look forward to returning to Fårösund for an evening at Kuno Cultural Centre.
