Pop-up Concert with Symfonikerna

Join us for a sensational symphony experience by the shores of Lake Vänern in Mariestad as the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra performs a pop-up concert in the picturesque autumn scenery. Be immersed in the powerful music of Beethoven's Fifth Symphony, with its iconic opening where fate knocks on the door. We will also perform an emotive trombone concerto by Italian film composer Nino Rota, featuring our own Endre Vetås as soloist. The evening kicks off with Mozart's thrilling overture to the opera 'The Marriage of Figaro'. Our conductor is Marjolein Vermeeren.
